what you are storing (very heavy items typically need to remain on the ground floor, for which some of our competitors levy a premium)
how long you need to store it for (whether you qualify for special deals on longer term storage, for example)
what sort of access you require (some of our competitors levy a fee for extended hours access)
the shapes & sizes of individual items will impact how much space you actually need
the extent to which you may want to gain regular access to your belongings will also have an impact– for example, do you need a ‘corridor’ down the middle of the unit to afford easy access to your belongings?

The price we quote you will exclude the following:
- a padlock for your unit (you can use your own or buy one of our industry approved series padlocks in store, for only £8.95)
- insurance. It is a requirement on the part of both our insurers and the SSA UK that your goods be insured while stored with us. We offer a very competitive policy for our customers, however you don’t have to take our policy, if you have your own or can find a more cost effective solution elsewhere.

We guarantee that there are no extras. The price we quote you is final – there are no reservation fees, booking fees, admin fees; we won’t force you to buy our padlock, or force you to buy our insurance. We won’t charge you for accessing your unit, or out of hours access.
