We deliver to UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Next day delivery: for all orders placed before 14:00 on a working day, the delivery will be made on the next working day. Orders placed after 14:00 will not be processed until the following working day, so please count two working days. Next day delivery is charged at £10 per pack.
72hr delivery: for all orders placed before 14:00 on a working day, the delivery will be made within 3 working days. Eg an order placed on Monday at 14:00 will be delivered by Thursday latest. 72hr delivery is charged at £6.00 per pack.
Deliveries are between 8.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays.
Please note we do not deliver on weekends.
Special delivery instructions can be given with the order, for example to deliver to a neighbour.
If either a) no-one is available to receive the delivery , or b) your special delivery instructions cannot be fulfilled, then the driver will use his/her initiative to leave the StorePak/s in the most appropriate place with a card posted through the door of the delivery address. At this stage we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any unsigned products.
Alternatively orders can also be collected from our self storage centres.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please return unused items to us within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund of the cost of any unused and undamaged merchandise, less delivery costs.
If you receive damaged goods or the items you received were not the items ordered we shall refund the delivery cost and arrange for the items to be returned to us at our cost. However, you must notify us either in writing or by email within 48hrs of receipt.
Your credit card will be credited within 5 working days of the merchandise being received back at our facility, but you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt.
All StorePaks must be returned unopened.
All returns require a return authorisation number.
