Who is Attic?

Attic Self Storage is a limited company, established in 2006 with the aim of providing a high level of service to the self storage market. The founding directors, having experienced the self storage market themselves, came to the inescapable conclusion that all too often, customers were not getting either the level of service to which they were entitled, or complete transparency in what they were being charged for.

Attic Self Storage has one main aim: to simplify self storage, providing a service that is simple to use with charges that are easy to understand. We believe strongly in transparency and so there are no hidden extras. We also believe in good service and so we will provide everything you need to make your move less stressful – we are a part of your move, and we want it all to go as smoothly as possible. And finally, we believe in fair value for money and fair competition, so we won’t over-charge you.

Time and again, we get the same feedback from customers – excellent customer service, great location, fantastic price. 24 hour security, including sophisticated building alarm systems and state of the art, remote digital CCTV monitoring
Individually alarmed units (not simply “individually locked”!) with individual PIN code access
Open 7 days a week, with extended hours access available (0500 - 2300) and 24 hour access available by arrangement.
Easy access; our site is very easy to access and once here, you will find a large, secure and access controlled loading yard, with large access bays and wide corridors
Extensive customer parking area in addition to dedicated loading bays
Wide choice of sizes - from lockers to 500 square feet, and typically 7 or 8 feet high
Drive-up units also available
Outside the London congestion charging zone
Competitive pricing – we believe you deserve a high quality storage service, and you shouldn’t have to pay the highest market prices to get it
Redcare fire alarm system with all the latest fire protection systems installed throughout our facility
Located on high ground reducing the risk of flooding, however wet our summers get
Insurance is also available for extra piece of mind. If you are not covered on your home policy, we will arrange for cover under our own policy
All the materials you might require on site – from packing materials through to trolleys and pallet lifters
Fully trained, helpful and professional staff; our friendly staff will help you determine the best solution for your needs, and help with any packing materials
Goods receipt and despatch service – we offer all customers goods in and goods out services (subject to terms and conditions)
PO Box rental available at weekly rates
This is an owner managed business. Your custom matters to us, more so than it could at any chain or franchise store; try us and find out for yourself!

While we will strive to be the best, we will not charge unnecessarily high rates and we will instead promise to offer fair prices… shop around and if you find a self storage provider within a 3 mile radius offering cheaper storage on a like for like basis, let us know and we'll not only match them but also offer you an additional 10% off for the first month.
